3 months

So our little girl is now three months old.  I hope you readers don't get tired of my monthly updates!

This month has been full of new adventures, including Emma's first round of shots.  She was not a happy camper, especially since I didn't know she could have pain relievers. So glad I know that now, poor thing! Next time will be better!!

So at three months, our little paczki (pronounced punchki) is trying to be miss independent.  She doesn't really like anywhere besides up over our shoulder or sitting up on our laps.  As long as she can see EVERYTHING, she is ok.

She still doesn't like tummy time, and one of my friends pointed out that it is probably because her view is limited.  I could see that being the case.

Emma has to be reminded that we do not appreciate flatulent humor, but she still likes to let out a good one...especially if it is in the middle of sacrament during church.

Emma also likes to get Arthur all riled up.  Remember that post on Dustin training Arthur to bark and howl?  Yeah, well, he's learned nicely, and now when Emma screams, Arthur thinks she is trying to play.

Emma continues to smile more and more everyday.  She is happiest first thing in the morning.  She's usually fine after naps too, but it depends on how abruptly she is woken up.

Lastly, Emma has discovered her hands.  She tries to suck on them all the time, and it usually results with slobber going EVERYWHERE.

We love our little Emma and can't wait to see what new adventures are just around the bend.  Now for the pictures!

Last but not least a video of our little dancer.  I wish you could hear the music, but it wasn't loud enough to come through on my camera.  Sorry! But I still think it is cute enough to share.  She loves her little mat! When the music stops she looks surprised, stops kicking, looks disappointed, and then she cries until you start it again.  It is pretty cute.
