Cafe Rio Night

We had so much fun at our Cafe Rio night with our good friends here in Memphis. We love our Cafe Rio. :) We pooled together our recipes and came up with the salsa fresca, the pork, the steak, the rice, etc.  Good friends and good food. You can't beat that.
