So Cody and Chloee were headed back to BYU-I, and they wouldn't be in Michigan again until Christmas. We wanted to see them again before they left, so we drove up to Michigan. We got to celebrate Easter with them a week late. We had a yummy dinner, and Emma got some fun gifts from Nana and Grandpa. While we were there we also went to a park with a little farm on it. Emma really liked all of the animals...especially the piglets and the horse.

| You can't read my notes very well, but the white fluffy headed duck reminded me of the duck I had in college, Tufty. You can't see Tufty's little tuft very well in this picture, but it was very endearing. The other duck in the picture was my roommate Ashley's satanic duck. I'm telling you he was a bad ducky. He ended up being the demise of my poor Tufty. End of tangent. |

We also went on a walk through the Briscoe's forested back yard. We were walking on cattails, and my foot slipped through into the mucky swamp water. It was way gross, but they have a lot of cool stuff in their backyard including this rusted over old car (who knows how that got there).

We went over to Aubree and Ben's for dinner and hanging out. It was fun as always. They introduced us to this delicious ice cream called Homemade. So good.
